Our Story
In 1952, Orologeria Marretti was founded by Renato Marretti, a soft-spoken Florentine with a great passion for beautiful and elegant watches. The boutique was subsequently passed down to his son Alberto, who continued to grow the reputation and expertise of the family business over the many years. Since 1988, Renato’s grandson Massimiliano, alongside his lovely wife Claudia, continue the family tradition with their dedication and excitement for excellence in the watch industry.
To this day, our luxury watch boutique in Florence remains located in Via dei Calzaiuoli, one of the most important streets in the historical center, connecting the famous Piazza del Duomo to Piazza della Signoria.
